These Terms govern the access and use of quoting and manufacturing services provided by JCGA, LLC d/b/a AoD. By using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Customer retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to all 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and specifications uploaded to the platform. The Company agrees to use these files solely for the purpose of generating quotes and manufacturing the requested parts. The Company acts as a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and will not share, sell, or distribute the Customer's technical data to unauthorized third parties without explicit written consent.
The Company's cloud infrastructure and manufacturing facilities are located in the United States. By uploading files to our platform, the Customer explicitly certifies that the technical data, CAD models, and drawings do NOT contain information regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
If the Customer requires ITAR-compliant manufacturing, they must contact the Company directly outside of the standard web portal prior to uploading any technical data.

The Company manufactures custom parts strictly to the CAD models and 2D prints provided at the time of order. The Customer must inspect all delivered parts within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
If parts are deemed out-of-tolerance or defective according to the provided prints, the Customer must notify the Company in writing. The Company reserves the exclusive Right to Cure, meaning the Company retains the right to rework or remake the non-conforming parts at its own expense before any refunds, credits, or chargebacks are permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by Michigan law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, factory downtime, or damage to other equipment resulting from the use or failure of the manufactured parts.
The Company makes no warranties regarding the fitness of the manufactured parts for any particular end-use. The Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that specific order.
Quoted prices do not include state or local sales taxes unless explicitly stated. If the Customer is purchasing parts for resale or manufacturing and is exempt from sales tax, the Customer must provide a valid State Tax Exemption Certificate prior to or at the time of placing the order.
If no valid certificate is provided, the Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or manufacturing orders shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
