We accept STEP (.step, .stp), STL, IGES (.igs, .iges), Parasolid (.x_t), SolidWorks (.sldprt), NX/Creo (.prt), JT, ACIS SAT, and 3MF. STEP is strongly preferred for CNC quoting as it contains full geometry and dimension data.
Standard CNC machining tolerances are ±0.005" (±0.127 mm) for most features. Tighter tolerances down to ±0.0002" (±0.005 mm) are available on critical features — specify in your manufacturing notes or engineering print at upload.
No minimums. We quote single prototypes through full production runs. Pricing scales with quantity — our AI quote engine shows you per-unit economics automatically.
Our AI analyzes your 3D geometry — volume, bounding box, surface area, face count — combined with your material, process, and finish selections to generate an instant price estimate. It is highly accurate for standard geometries. Complex or tight-tolerance parts receive an engineering review before final order confirmation.

Yes. We can handle ITAR-controlled parts for qualified programs. Please indicate ITAR requirements in the Requirements step of your quote, and our team will follow up to collect the necessary compliance documentation.
All orders include a Certificate of Conformance (CoC). Material Test Reports (MTRs), AS9102 First Article Inspection reports, CMM dimensional reports, and full FAI packages are available — select them in the Requirements step or specify in your notes.
Our primary facility is located at 449 Executive Dr, Troy, MI 48083. We also maintain a vetted domestic and international partner network for specialty processes (3D printing, injection molding, die casting). You can specify "USA only" or "North America only" in the Requirements step.
